Protecting income before and after retirement from death and sickness is a priority for Ron, knowing that many of his clients will spend a third of their life in retirement. He also addresses the importance of tax efficiency in retirement. A thoughtful review of what is most important in this time of life, leads to a well thought out written retirement plan. Olani was born and raised in Idaho, graduated from the University of Idaho in 1969 and began working in the Financial Services business in 1974. During the first 13 years he focused primarily on selling life insurance, disability income insurance, and medical insurance. In late 1986 he began selling securities. Since that time, his focus has gradually shifted to doing more investment work, especially in the area of retirement planning. Helping people manage their money during their retirement years is a special challenge and one that I enjoy.
